    I see that a review of my book `Glorious Hope…` has appeared in the July 2008 edition of `Baptist Quarterly`. You may know that I wrote an article for Vol. 41, October 2006, edition of your Quarterly. I was pleased to receive copies containing it. Could I have a copy of Karen Smith`s review, please?
